We want you to love your purchase! If it’s not quite right, we’re happy to help you with an exchange or refund. Please review our return guidelines below.

Returns:

  • Timeframe: You have 21 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
    • (Cosmetics/Beauty, Hair Accessories, Hosiery, Hats, Lingerie, Earrings, Swimwear, and items marked as "Sale". Sale items may be returned or exchanged if they are damaged/defective.

How to Make a Return:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at help@sollunachicboutique.com with your order number and reason for return. 
  2. Pack the Items: Use the original packaging or similar to keep the item safe.
  3. Ship the Return: Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label. Note that return shipping fees may apply.
  4. Processing Time: Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your items.

Refunds:

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • We offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability. If the item is unavailable, we will provide store credit or a refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including any shipping fees.
