All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, and it may take 1-3 business days. You will receive notification of shipment with full tracking information.

All items must be in an unused, sealable condition (unworn or unused, in their original packaging with tags attached, and where the item's seal is not broken or tampered with). Returns and exchanges will not be allowed on certain products (Cosmetics, Beauty, Hair Accessories, Hosiery, Lingerie, Adult Toys, Earrings, Swimwear, and items marked as "Sale"). Sale items may be returned or exchanged if they are damaged/defective.
